Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Springfield Medical Care Systems. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Vermont or a compact state.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

* Provide nursing care to patients following established standards of care and protocols
* Utilize critical thinking skills to make decisions and prioritize patient needs
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

* Active RN license in good standing
* Six months of nursing experience desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft office products and technology in care delivery
* Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
