ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a highly skilled Regional Industrial Maintenance Manager to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and ensuring the highest level of equipment reliability and safety.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs for location maintenance managers and mechanics
- Facilitate monthly corporate maintenance meetings to ensure alignment and best practices
- Oversee utility tracking and boiler maintenance programs to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct quarterly plant visits to review PM programs, evaluate equipment condition, and track local projects
- Assist the Engineering team with capital project management for projects within the region
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including Arc Flash, pressure vessels, and confined space
- Evaluate plant "tour readiness" to ensure facilities are prepared for inspections
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 5+ years of maintenance management
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within an industrial setting, with a preference for laundry industry experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability principles, and CMMS systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability in all aspects of maintenance operations
- Ability to travel up to 80% required
