Job Description

Harrington Industrial Plastics, a leading distributor of flow control solutions, seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish goals and objectives for the sales team, monitor sales expenses, and ensure adherence to approved sales techniques and tools.
  • Engage with key accounts, conduct sales calls, and follow up on project bids to secure orders and address product and service issues.
  • Assist in budgeting, review financial reports, and implement plans to improve regional financial performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial wholesale distribution, preferably in the pipe, valve, and fitting industry.
  • 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • 3 years of management experience.
