Key Responsibilities:


Evaluate each call situation to determine the most effective course of action while adhering to progressive Paramedic protocols in a 911 system handling approximately 17,000 requests annually.

Utilize your Paramedic expertise within a progressive medical framework to the full extent of an Oregon Paramedic.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide information and reassurance regarding the care being administered.

Serve as the Paramedic team leader, taking charge of scene and unit management as necessary.


Collaborate professionally with all allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow Paramedics.


Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

State Paramedic License

State Driver's License

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS or ITLS certifications

Driving record in compliance with company policy

Successful completion of Physical Agility Test

Some experience in healthcare preferred
