About this Role:


The Director of Strategic Partnerships at Overwatch Imaging will bridge the innovative technologies and solutions developed within the organization to high-value clients in the USAF and aerospace sectors, adopting a customer-focused, mutually beneficial approach.

This senior leadership position encompasses all aspects from marketing and lead generation to proposal development, pricing strategies, contract acquisition, and ongoing customer relationship management, all aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

Attains both immediate and long-term sales objectives by comprehending the needs of USAF and aerospace industry clients, formulating compatible, feasible, and profitable solutions to fulfill those needs, and successfully closing sales.


Brand and Product Promotion:

Enhances company brand visibility and generates new leads through industry networking, participation in trade shows and conferences, advertising, social media engagement, website management, press outreach, and direct client interactions.


Customer Insights:
Offers market, client, and user perspectives during internal product evaluations and strategic planning sessions.

Implementation of Business Growth Strategies:

Aids in executing the company's strategic growth initiatives, including fundraising, management of sales channels and representatives, pricing models for products and services, and contributes to regular updates of the company’s strategic growth plan.


Qualifications:

Experience and Education:
Proven track record in selling technology products, software, and services within the aerospace and defense sectors
Demonstrated ability to maintain customer relationships throughout technology upgrade cycles
Experience with intelligence systems operating in conjunction with aerostats, towers, and piloted or unmanned aircraft
Experience in developing tailored product, software, and service offerings, along with proposal preparation is advantageous
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required; advanced degree (MBA, Ph.D., etc.) or pertinent military experience is a plus

Technical Skills:
Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities
Familiarity with business-to-business contracting
Understanding of imaging principles, image data analytics, and AI technologies
Knowledge of sales channel management
Comprehension of financial statements and budgeting processes
