The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on leadership and communication.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating staff to assume leadership roles through role modeling
  • Articulating departmental goals and objectives to ensure active participation in clinical decision-making
  • Ensuring a high-quality work environment by addressing departmental needs
  • Participating in quality programs and formulating corrective action plans for improvement
  • Developing a multidisciplinary program to monitor quality patient care indicators
  • Maintaining a consistent top box score on selected department items on customer service surveys
  • Maintaining fiscal budgets within established targets, including overtime, orientation costs, SSP costs, and medical supply costs

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of leadership experience in the imaging field.
