Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Neuro ICU Unit at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement effective communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration with other departments and teams.
- Monitor and analyze unit activity and patient acuity to adjust staffing patterns and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop and manage the unit budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Facilitate professional growth and development of staff, identifying training needs and implementing effective educational programs.
- Bachelor's Degree and Registered Nurse licensure.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, with clinical leadership in the discipline preferred.
- Master's Degree and no experience (not required but preferred).
