Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and design phases for a diverse range of clients, both private and public.
- Lead and coordinate multiple project teams engaged in simultaneous assignments.
- Participate in design meetings and cultivate relationships with clients, collaborating with client managers to enhance client engagement.

Field Activities
- May involve on-site tasks such as coordinating with construction teams, conducting inspections, and reviewing project sites with client representatives.

Project Management
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, and financial integrity of projects, including developing project scopes, budgets, and proposals necessary for contract discussions.
- Collaborate with senior personnel to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of design engineering experience, particularly with City, County, and Utility projects.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Civil 3D; familiarity with Microstation/OpenRoads Designer is advantageous.
