We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Clarvida, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged from lesser levels of care and require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized Safety and Crisis Plans and Behavior Support Plans in collaboration with clients and support systems.
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to focus on and work towards their reported goals.
- Engage with family members and residential staff to educate and collaborate on effective support strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behaviors.
- Participate in after-hour phone crisis response approximately 1 week every 3 months.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- 2 years of direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional.
- Eligibility as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (Clarvida can assist with submission).
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
- Competitive hourly rate of $31-$38.
- Opportunity for additional incentive-based pay up to 10% biweekly.
- Flexible schedule with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Annual licensure dues reimbursement for fully licensed individuals.
- Up to $2,000 relocation reimbursement assistance.
