Job Summary

The Mary Bridge Mental Health Clinician-SW I is a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and support to pediatric patients and their families. Our team's mission is to promote optimal health outcomes by identifying and intervening on patient/family needs related to mental health, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety, child abuse and neglect, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment to injury/illness, food, shelter and other basic needs, education and developmental needs, and parenting resource needs.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician-SW I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) and be licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. A minimum of three (3) years of post-MSW hospital or equivalent experience is required. Health industry knowledge and leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients and their families to identify needs and develop treatment plans

Provide support and resources to patients and families to address mental health, trauma, and other related issues

Collaborate with physicians, schools, law enforcement, Children's Administration, community mental health providers, and other service providers to ensure well-coordinated care across the healthcare continuum

Develop and implement treatment plans to promote optimal health outcomes for pediatric patients and their families

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)

Licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington

Minimum three (3) years of post-MSW hospital or equivalent experience

Health industry knowledge and leadership experience preferred
