Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Clarvida. As a key member of our team, you will work with adults aged 18 and older who have been discharged from lesser levels of care and require additional behavior supports to maintain their placement.

About the Role:

  • Meet with clients and support systems to create a Safety and Crisis Plan and Individual Behavior Support Plan.
  • Meet with clients weekly to focus on and work toward their reported goals.
  • Engage family members and residential staff, collaborating and educating them on ways to work successfully with clients.
  • Maintain ongoing evaluations, progress notes, plans, and meeting documentation to show client progress or behaviors to address.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • 2 years of direct treatment experience with clients with a mental health diagnosis, under the supervision of a mental health professional
  • Eligible as an Agency Affiliated Counselor through WA DOH (we can assist with submission)
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
