Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Influencer Partnerships, responsible for increasing brand desirability and resonance through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, agents, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, campaigns, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer trends and performance metrics.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in influencer/social/PR/communications/contract or related space.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong network of influencer talent, agents, and industry-related gatekeepers.
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
