Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Influencer Partnerships, responsible for increasing brand desirability and resonance through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of a renowned company in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, agents, and other industry stakeholders.
- Manage influencer partnerships, campaigns, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and analyze influencer trends and performance metrics.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in influencer/social/PR/communications/contract or related space.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Strong network of influencer talent, agents, and industry-related gatekeepers.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Fluency with analytics and interpreting data into creative, action-oriented insights strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
