About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fathom Management LLC. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for government agencies, planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and managing content calendars, and consulting with clients on social media best practices.

The successful candidate will also have excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with an emphasis on creating brand-aligned content, and proven ability to execute social media strategies within budget and on time. Experience working with federal government agencies or in a government consulting firm is a plus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with an emphasis on creating brand-aligned content.
  • Proven ability to execute social media strategies within budget and on time.
