Your role as a Senior Financial Analyst:
In this position, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing processes and internal controls. Your thoughtful and consultative approach will be essential in achieving these goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording journal entries as necessary.
  • Engaging in month-end and year-end processes and reconciliations.
  • Generating invoices based on contractual agreements and timesheets.
  • Assisting in data collection and filing of State and Local taxes.
  • Participating in financial audits.
  • Managing compliance matters to ensure proper registration and reporting across all jurisdictions.
  • Supporting complex calculations, including goodwill impairment and equity compensation.
  • Documenting processes and procedures for clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborating with business partners across various locations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Accountant capacity.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and reporting standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and sum-ifs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • A collaborative and kind demeanor.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in a professional services setting.
  • Background in a rapidly expanding, diverse organization.
  • Familiarity with Intacct/Sage software.
  • Experience with M&A due diligence.
