Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in providing financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting support to both the company and our private equity partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, monitoring actual performance against the budget and identifying variances.
  • Collect and analyze financial data from various sources, preparing reports for management, investors, or the private equity firm.
  • Support due diligence processes during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, including data collection and review of key financial documents.
  • Contribute to valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparables, or precedent transactions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to the company's financial health, providing insights to improve operational performance.
  • Track the performance of the company's investments or assets owned by the private equity firm.
  • Participate in various projects, such as improving financial processes, implementing financial systems, and supporting the senior finance team with ad-hoc analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and working with large data sets.
  • Familiarity with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
