Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding outsourced controllership and strategic guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for clients.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of client accounts, including bank and credit card statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for clients, including tax compliance and benefits administration.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Closing the Books: Close the books for clients, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of direct client-facing experience in outsourced accounting.
  • QuickBooks online experience required.
  • High attention to detail.
