Financial Planning and Analysis Role

MoxiWorks, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join its dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in providing strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support the company's growth and financial health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including trend analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports, forecasts, and budget updates to senior management and the VP of Finance.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring integration into overall financial planning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to support business strategy and operational effectiveness.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within the real estate or technology industry with a mid-sized company.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Planful/Mosaic, and Maxio.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial insights.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Will to work out of our Bellevue office up to 34 days a week.
Compensation

For this role, the salary range is $130-150k depending on experience/acumen and benefits including:
