Drive Growth and Scaling as a Senior Financial Analyst

Okta, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Engineering organization. As a key player in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will partner with senior leadership to drive growth and scaling initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Anaplan
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
