Communication Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, preparing, communicating, and executing events for the director and employees. You will also conduct meetings with executives and managers to coordinate information and provide accurate communication messages.
You will be required to research, write, edit, and produce materials to inform employees of agency policies, news, events, and programs through various communication tools. This may include press releases, brochures, web content, social media, and major reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience with multimedia editors such as Adobe Audition, Premiere, and Photoshop. You will also need to have knowledge of online marketing and brand development, including strategies for disseminating content across multiple channels.
