Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting proactively, aggressively, and compliantly to fill all positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner. This includes implementing a proactive recruitment strategy to achieve varying staffing requirements, supporting multiple types of openings, and maintaining applicant tracking system reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years of recruiting experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, as well as experience supporting DoD programs in the cleared community. You must also be able to obtain a DoD secret security clearance and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience. Chenega Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
