Caregiver and Community Integration Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Caregiver and Community Integration Specialist to join our team at ServiceSource in Northern Virginia.
About the JobThis role offers a competitive salary of $18/hour and opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Caregiver and Community Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, leading, and supporting assigned participants in their daily programming, focusing on academic, social, life, and leisure skills, as well as recreational activities.
You will work closely with the team to develop and implement Personal Centered Individual Service Plans (ISP), ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines. Your duties will include providing active engagement and support for all individuals assigned, inputting into Person Centered Plans (PCP) outcomes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements- A high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- One year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or a related field
- Ability to pass the State of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) fingerprinting and criminal background check
