Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000-$130,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. You will assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and patients
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Supervise and mentor behavioral health aides and LPNs
Requirements:
- A current, unrestricted state RN license
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within your coverage area
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
