  • Uphold and enforce community standards and regulations.
  • Assist in managing activity schedules and identifying potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Distribute current activity schedules and respond to resident inquiries regarding events.
  • Participate in community meetings and training sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain various community documents.
  • Coordinate communication for emergency vendor needs in the absence of management.
  • Generate reports related to access devices and community resources.
  • Provide administrative support as directed by management.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown.
  • Create and maintain ownership records.
  • Receive and distribute supplies for the community.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Inspect assigned areas and report maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions:
