We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist III to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our radiation oncology department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical dosimetry support and participate in treatment planning using Philips Pinnacle v16.4.3 (Evolution), Mosaiq, MIM, and Radcalc.
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and physicists to ensure accurate and efficient treatment delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in professional societies and contribute to the development of best practices in medical physics.
- Master's degree in Radiological Physics or a related field.
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Physics (AMP or ABR).
- 2+ years of clinical physics experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $91.30 to $146.08 per hour.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- A hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities to work from home and on-site.
