About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager - Delivery Service Provider Acquisition at Amazon Logistics, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to partner with Amazon. Your goal will be to drive the last mile of the order fulfillment process by acquiring DSPs who can deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to attract DSPs who meet Amazon's quality standards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies across various channels, including the DSP website and upper funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development managers, marketing agencies, and Amazon's creative garage, to drive the DSP external candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct ongoing customer and market research to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Design and implement bullet-proof data structures and processes to ensure high-quality outputs and eliminate mistakes.
  • Influence senior executives and drive change within internal and external organizations to unblock the DSP Acquisition marketing team.
About the Team

At Amazon Logistics, our goal is to provide customers with an incredible package delivery experience through the last mile of the order. We partner with a network of small independent delivery businesses (Delivery Service Providers) and the independent contractor community (Amazon Flex) to deliver customer orders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, product marketing, business development, or product management in e-commerce or technology businesses.
  • Proven ability to write data-driven, well-structured documents that influence key decision-makers.
  • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets, extract insights, and communicate them effectively.
  • Experience in working in corporate environments and engaging with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing, specifically in e-commerce or technology businesses.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics platforms.
  • Creative, yet analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
