Key Responsibilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Curriculum Design: Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that adhere to early childhood education standards and support holistic development.
  • Interactive Learning: Implement hands-on activities that encourage cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth among young learners.
  • Child Development Assessment: Monitor each child's progress, evaluating their development and identifying areas for additional support and enrichment.
  • Family Engagement: Foster open communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's achievements and developmental milestones.
  • Classroom Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning space that inspires curiosity and promotes a positive learning experience.
  • Collaborative Teaching: Work alongside fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all children.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • College credits in Early Education or a related field are preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand as needed.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification and pass a background check.
