Job Type:
Regular

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate employment support into treatment plans.
  • Assist clients in navigating employment decisions, including disability disclosure.
  • Provide comprehensive support through vocational assessments, job development, and training.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to client progress and employment services.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and employers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Monitor and uphold the rights of service users throughout the employment process.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field and have at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or mental health challenges. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in job placement and recruitment will also be considered.


Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to promote self-advocacy and independence among clients.
  • Proficiency in managing documentation and reports related to client services.
