Job Description

As a Behavioral Support Specialist with Behavior Frontiers, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to achieve their goals. You will work collaboratively with our team of experts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each person's unique needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver ABA therapy sessions in various settings, using research-based methods and techniques.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and address any challenges that may arise.
