- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Represent the Senior Vice President and the company in a professional and courteous manner, both internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries preferred.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
