We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Senior Vice President/Regional Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and ensure timely and efficient execution of business trips.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Represent the Senior Vice President and the company in a professional and courteous manner, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in an executive assistant or office management role.
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries preferred.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
