LocationThis position is eligible for remote work across the United States, with minimal travel expected (under 20%).
Key Responsibilities- Utilize extensive domain knowledge to deploy subscription-based and professional services.
- Engage with clients to collect requirements, create use cases, and implement solutions utilizing the Cribl product suite.
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to address client challenges.
- Establish proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis, and self-healing systems.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to strategize and launch new services.
- Develop a comprehensive technical understanding of the managed applications and service offerings.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients, set realistic expectations, and ensure thorough documentation and resolution of all tickets.
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Practical experience with Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge.
- Technical certifications in Cribl, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or various Cloud Service Providers.
- Familiarity with Observability principles.
- Knowledge of TLS and secure networking practices.
- A background in professional services with proven experience.
- A solid understanding of diverse network architectures.
- Ability to produce technical documentation, including run books and other artifacts.
- Experience in remote work environments.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on customer relationships.
- Experience in a ticket-driven environment, capable of providing timely updates.
Any of the following will be advantageous:
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Service Providers, particularly AWS.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform, version control (git), and/or DevOps principles.
- Experience with Splunk, Elastic, Syslog, CrowdStrike, or Microsoft Sentinel.
