Job Summary

As a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer at Orion Talent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires a strong background in electronic systems, troubleshooting, and repair skills, as well as unparalleled customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer troubleshooting assistance and technical support to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Install, service, maintain, and modify company equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Perform on-site customer repairs and be responsible for delivering timely and effective repairs.
  • Provide on-site training to customers to ensure optimal performance of company equipment.
  • Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Top-notch electronic systems knowledge and troubleshooting/repair skills.
  • Unparalleled customer service skills, including relationship development, conflict management, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to interpret electronic system schematics and flowcharts.
  • Highly tuned mechanical aptitude and ability to visualize and explain situations and resolutions.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, and PC skills.
