Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for: developing treatment plans, providing anticipatory guidance, screening, and health education to patients; interpreting results of diagnostic tests, prescribing and dispensing medications as appropriate; communicating effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals; maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records; and contributing to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, geriatric training/experience, and proficiency in EMR systems are preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish, Hindi, and/or Punjabi, and hold a valid physician assistant license and DEA certification. We also welcome applications from candidates with prior experience working in family medicine, geriatrics, home health, pediatrics, or primary care settings.
