Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Physician Liaison to join our team at PhysioWorks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work collaboratively with our dedicated team, physicians, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and referring physicians, ensuring seamless communication and referral patterns.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote our services and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide insightful feedback and reports on referral trends and physician satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, and our clinic through engaging presentations, meetings, and luncheons.
  • Organize and facilitate opportunities for professional growth and development among our team members.
  • Promote our comprehensive rehabilitation services to enhance referral patterns and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience in Worker's Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, with proficiency in using computer software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
