Salary and Benefits$124,456.76 - $149,883.41 per year, including a competitive salary, 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will function within their designated scope of practice, complete detailed history and physical examinations, place orders and referrals, interpret results of diagnostic tests, prescribe and dispense medications as appropriate, for both in-person and telehealth appointments. They will also develop treatment plans and provide anticipatory guidance, screening, and health education to patients to promote and maintain health.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have graduation from an accredited physician associate/assistant program, valid physician associate/assistant license in Washington state, DEA licensure with prescriptive authority, board certification, and minimum 2 years experience providing professional clinical services, preferably in an outpatient clinical setting. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate commitment to issues around diversity and social justice.

Work Schedule and LocationThis is a full-time or part-time position with a variety of shifts available, including 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, day shifts, and Monday to Friday schedules. The location is primarily in-person, but some remote work may be available.

Language and LicensesPreference will be given to candidates who speak Spanish, Hindi, and/or Punjabi. Additionally, they must hold a valid physician assistant license and DEA certification.
