Care Coordinator Physician Liaison

PhysioWorks, a dedicated team focused on quality care and exceptional patient outcomes, seeks a motivated Care Coordinator Physician Liaison to strengthen our network and enhance patient care in the Kent/Silverdale Areas.
About UsWe specialize in comprehensive rehabilitation services, prioritizing quality care and patient satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and referring physicians, ensuring seamless communication and referrals.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for referring physicians and healthcare providers, facilitating effective communication and coordination of care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with referring physicians, promoting our services and enhancing referral patterns.
- Organize engaging presentations, meetings, and luncheons with healthcare professionals to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide insightful feedback and reports on referral trends and physician satisfaction, informing strategic decisions and improving patient outcomes.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required.
- Experience in Worker's Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation is an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, with proficiency in using computer software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
