Compensation:
$16.50/hr

Role Overview:
The Assembler III is tasked with executing responsibilities within the designated Manufacturing cell and workstation. This role requires a thorough understanding of safety protocols and the consistent use of all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) relevant to the assigned line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a team to maintain a steady workflow on the assembly line.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the specific operations assigned, providing concise verbal explanations of tasks.
- Adhere to both verbal and written directives, while being receptive to feedback from trainers or Group Leads.
- Arrive punctually at the designated workstation at the start of shifts and after breaks.

Essential Skills:
- Manual dexterity for handling simple assemblies or subassemblies.
- Competence in applying manual labeling techniques.
- Ability to conduct self-inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in following instructions and accepting constructive feedback.
- Capability to uphold quality and quantity benchmarks at each workstation.
- Basic mathematical skills and color recognition.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace (6S methodology).

Physical Requirements:
- Stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Engage in pulling and pushing as necessary.

Additional Duties:
- Perform housekeeping audits and other related tasks as required.
