Job Overview

Precise Personnel, LLC is seeking dedicated Production Assembly Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for performing assembly line functions while identifying opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency. Your tasks will involve assembling or repairing products either manually or with the aid of machinery. This includes collaborating with a team to piece together products and conducting thorough quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to assemble complete products or their components.
  • Rotate through various tasks related to specific production processes.
  • Interpret and follow work instructions to ensure precision in your work.
  • Conduct quality inspections on both products and components.
  • Maintain quality standards at every stage of the assembly process.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  • Engage with management and team members to promote effective communication on the production floor.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, including routine cleaning tasks.
  • Prepare finished products for distribution.
  • Attendance is a crucial aspect of this position.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment is essential.
  • Ability to operate a wide range of equipment and hand/power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using various tools.
  • Capability to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
  • Physical stamina to manage workload effectively.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating clearly in English.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams as necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced work setting.
