Position Summary:
We are currently in search of skilled individuals to join our team as Assemblers. This role involves working on-site in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute assembly and testing of wirewound potentiometers according to provided specifications and drawings.
- Transition between different processes as required.
- Support the Lead in material issuance, kit breakdown, training, and various other tasks.
- Be adaptable to perform duties in different departments as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Lead or Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in working under a microscope.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform essential assembly operations while adhering to labor standards.
- Competence in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and electronic testing equipment.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and technical aptitude.
Compensation:
Competitive pay rate ranging from $1 to $18 per hour.
