Market Sales Leader

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the overall business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices in the market to drive sales growth and improve customer relationships.
  • Establish store-level growth plans that align with zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Utilize sales data tools to drive effective decisions and drive brand growth with customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer relations.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
