Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth for our exterior construction services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and other exterior services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to ensure we remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in sales, preferably in the construction or exterior services industry.
  • Strong understanding of exterior construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
