Advanced Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Sales Director to join our team at Securian Financial Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including financial professionals, advisors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and training on sales strategies and tactics to our sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical expertise in sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
