About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uline. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and concise information to resolve their queries.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering system, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and accurately.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you deliver legendary service to our customers.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
