Job Overview

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the cloud cost management space. With a strong focus on customer success, this role will work closely with customers to understand their cloud infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize costs.

CloudZero is a SaaS platform that helps organizations manage their cloud costs effectively. Our platform ingests billing and usage data from all cloud providers, allowing customers to make informed decisions about their cloud spending. As a member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in helping customers achieve their business goals through efficient cloud innovation.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive a commission-based bonus structure to ensure your hard work directly impacts your compensation. Other benefits include health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing sales opportunities by demonstrating value to customers
  • Leading effective sales calls and meetings to build relationships with prospects
  • Managing a named account or geographic territory to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with marketing and alliance partners to identify new sales opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant closing experience in the cloud or DevOps space
  • Strong understanding of cloud cost management principles and practices
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in corporate productivity tools such as G-Suite/Office, SalesForce, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
