Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Humanyze. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure on AWS.

Our AI model provides insights, recommendations, and benchmarking to help our customers reduce attrition, increase collaboration, and track HR changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor all AWS resources, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and other relevant services. Ensure compliance with security and policy requirements, implementing best practices for cloud security, identity, and access management.
  • Automated Deployment: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources. Automate and streamline deployment, scaling, and management processes for applications and infrastructure.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support development and operations workflows. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery of applications and infrastructure.
  • Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure costs by analyzing usage patterns, rightsizing resources, and implementing cost-saving measures.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years work experience in software development
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, IT Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
