Job Description

The Cloud Migration and Implementation Specialist will work under our subsidiary company, Galen Healthcare Solutions, LLC. This role requires overseeing the migration of clients' on-premise data to the cloud, ensuring seamless transition and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities
  • Migrate client data to cloud-based infrastructure
  • Communicate with clients and coordinate activities with their engineers (or IT teams)
  • Provide regular project updates and address client inquiries
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging cloud technologies
  • Ensure optimized cloud environment for performance and cost-effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in cloud computing or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • A desire to solve complex technical problems
  • Basic knowledge of SQL query language
  • Proficiency in handling various data formats, with an emphasis on structured text files
