Position Overview:
The Vice President of Business Transformation and Clinical Advancement is responsible for spearheading the strategic transformation initiatives that enhance service offerings for Military clientele, beneficiaries, and healthcare providers. This role involves a thorough evaluation of potential partnerships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement multi-year transformation strategies across various stakeholder systems, ensuring an integrated approach to healthcare delivery and operations.
- Act as a pivotal business influencer, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the interrelations between organizational capabilities within the Military sector.
- Champion change and continuous improvement while fostering robust relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Make critical decisions regarding the rollout of new or updated programs and large-scale projects that align with strategic objectives and enhance performance metrics.

Strategic Focus:
- Develop and oversee a multi-year strategy for the 'Convener of Care' initiative, emphasizing a systematic approach to transformation that encompasses clinical, operational, and cultural elements.
- Lead and coordinate various growth teams tasked with innovative experimentation, facilitating transformation across multiple dimensions of the organization.

Advisory Role:
- Provide guidance to senior leaders and executives on functional strategies related to significant operational matters, including clinical innovation.

Independent Judgment:
- Exercise independent judgment on complex issues, utilizing analytical skills to determine optimal courses of action.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Engage with external healthcare professionals and community groups to explore innovative concepts that support business priorities, focusing on collaborative relationships and value-based care.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience in agile methodologies and senior leadership roles, demonstrating strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience, including 3-4 years in management consulting or transformation roles within the healthcare sector.
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred.

Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
