Job Title: Account Executive

At Fortis Fire & Safety, we are dedicated to providing industry-leading fire protection services across the United States. Our team of experts provides a full spectrum of specialized and certified service professionals to support your company and protect your building with the peace of mind of properly installed and maintained fire and life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and provide testing & inspections, maintenance agreements, and alarm monitoring solutions to existing and new customers.
  • Identify testing & inspection opportunities for all different types of fire protection systems.
  • Work with other members of the Sales team to coordinate all types of sales-related activities, including construction, service repair, or other needs the customer may have.
  • Utilize estimation tools to deliver accurate pricing to prospective customers.
  • Keep detailed activity in CRM system.
  • Promptly respond to customer requests.
  • Adhere to sales plan to achieve established goals and other key performance indicators.
  • Prospect for new customers, perform cold calling, perform site surveys, establish networking opportunities, perform presentations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years' experience selling testing and inspections, and/or fire systems service repairs, will consider a minimum of two years' experience Service Sales to Commercial Property Management companies (ie Security, Pest Control, HVAC Services, etc...).
  • Proficient in the use of computers and mobile devices.
  • Organized, motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system Inspection and Testing Frequencies and Requirements.
  • Able to recognize and familiar with various types of systems at a customer site.
  • NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Fire Protection, or Special Hazards.
Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000
