Job Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Sales and Sales Management Experience: You'll need a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales management to succeed in this role.
  • Financial Planning Expertise: You'll need to have expertise in financial planning, with a focus on an extensive training platform.
  • Management Experience: You'll need at least 4 years of management experience to lead and motivate high-performance sales teams.
  • Recruiting and Training Skills: You'll need to be proficient in recruiting, training, managing, and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Active Life/Health License: You'll need to have an active Life/Health license for the state.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Good Credit History: You'll need to have a good credit history to qualify for this role.
