  • Procurement: Act as a liaison between users and the contracts team, gathering information for quote requests and submitting purchase orders.
  • Offsite Storage Requests: Track and coordinate the transport and delivery of equipment to and from offsite storage, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Create, standardize, and refine procedures for equipment moves, commissioning, and decommissioning.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors for equipment calibrations, trainings, and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Facilities and Workplace Planning, to ensure equipment deliveries are on schedule and special crating/packaging is facilitated.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in equipment coordination or asset management.
  • CMMS experience, preferably with eMaint.
  • Mechanical intuition and hands-on experience.
  • Data management and communication skills, including Excel, email, and phone.
  • Project planning and management skills.
