Job Overview

DLR Group is an integrated design firm with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our federal sector team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing tailored content to support sector project pursuits. This will include writing project narratives, bios, and resumes for design professionals, as well as developing project plates and other unique content for sector pursuits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in creating and editing proposals in a professional services environment. They will also have excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to support sector project pursuits
  • Write and edit high-quality content, including project narratives, bios, and resumes
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date library of on-brand pursuit materials
  • Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop and implement effective workflows
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent deadlines

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience creating and editing proposals in a professional services environment
  • Strong background in marketing and communications
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
